Short answer
ResponsiBid has been selling instant quoting to cleaning businesses since 2008. Its paid plans add upsells, bundles, CRM connections and follow-ups. PriceMyWash is narrower and cheaper: a phone-first price widget for pressure and soft washing, a ready-made demo with your name, a 9-question price wizard, and leads by email.
Who ResponsiBid is great for
To be fair to it, ResponsiBid is a strong fit when you:
- run a crew and want quotes to flow into Jobber, Housecall Pro, Markate or ServiceMonster (its Scaling plan lists those CRM connections);
- sell bundles and upsells on every quote;
- want automated email and SMS follow-up and self-scheduling;
- like having coaching included (its Pro plan).
Its site also shows named testimonials from real companies, which we can’t offer yet. The common complaint on forums has been price: owners have called it “a little steep” (PWR, 2013).

Where PriceMyWash is different
- No sales call. You open a calculator that already has your business name and typical prices for your city, then claim it. See the ready-made demo.
- No square footage for homeowners. They pick stories and a size in plain words. The range says “final price confirmed on site”.
- Built for the phone and the Google profile. A price link and QR code for your Google Business Profile, Facebook and door hangers, as well as one line for your site.
- Price. $0 to start, $29/month for unlimited leads, or $190/year locked for life on the Founding plan.
What PriceMyWash doesn’t do
No follow-up sequences, no bundles or upsell logic, no scheduling, no e-sign, no invoices. Leads come by email (text alerts are on the list) and export as CSV. If those features run your business, stay with the tool that has them.
