What should I charge for a 2-story house wash?
It depends on your metro and your costs. The free price calculator shows typical ranges for your city, and the house-wash pricing guide walks through the 1-story anchor and the 2-story upcharge.
What if I price by square foot?
Tell the wizard your usual price for each size bucket. We don’t ask homeowners for square footage, but you can still think in it.
Can I add upcharges like heavy mildew or Hardie siding?
Not as separate add-ons yet. The wizard covers the 2- and 3-story upcharge, stucco and brick, and your minimum job; every range says the final price is confirmed on site, so you adjust for heavy mildew when you see the house. Tell us which add-on you need.
