What Free really gives you
Free has no time limit and no card. You get one calculator, its price link and QR code, email alerts, the Monday report and the CSV export. The “Instant prices by PriceMyWash” line sits under the calculator; it’s inside our frame, so it adds no link to your own website.
The 10-lead cap does not hold leads back. Past 10 in a month you still get every request, with a short note in the alert, and a banner in the dashboard. We email you about it once, the first time it happens in a month. A homeowner’s request is never dropped, delayed or hidden because of your plan.
Upgrading and the 14-day trial
Solo ($29/mo, or $290/yr paid yearly) removes the cap and the badge. Upgrading starts a 14-day free trial: Paddle takes your card at checkout and charges it when the trial ends. Cancel before then on Billing and nothing is charged. There is no trial at sign-up, because you don’t need one — Free already works.
Your plan changes as soon as Paddle tells us, usually within a minute of paying. If the page still says Free after a couple of minutes, reload it; if it still hasn’t moved, email support@pricemywash.com with the order number from your receipt and we’ll fix it by hand. Nothing about your calculator stops working in the meantime.
The Founding plan
Founding is $190/yr prepaid for the year — first 25 owners — and the price stays there for as long as you keep the plan. It is fully refundable until 30 April 2027, for any reason, so it is not a bet on us. When the spots are gone the offer is gone; nothing else about the product changes.
Who charges my card
Paddle — our reseller and Merchant of Record. They run the checkout, hold the card details (we never see them), work out any sales tax or VAT, send the receipt, and issue refunds. That is why your statement and your receipt say Paddle rather than PriceMyWash.
- Receipts and invoices — in the email Paddle sends after every payment, and in the billing portal you reach from Billing.
- Change your card, address or VAT number — in that same portal.
- Failed payment — Paddle retries and emails you. Your calculator keeps running while that is happening.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel on Billing, any time. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then drop back to Free — your calculator, link and leads stay.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a plan, no reason needed, once per customer.
- Yearly renewals can be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal date, and we email a reminder seven days before.
- How to ask: email support@pricemywash.com with the order number from your receipt, or use the refund link in the Paddle receipt. Paddle pays it back to the card; banks usually take 5–10 working days.
The full wording, including your statutory rights, is in the refund policy.
Slow season
Don’t cancel — pause. A monthly plan can be paused at the end of its billing period, you pay $0/mo while paused, and your prices, link and leads are untouched. How the winter pause works.
What isn’t for sale
We sell software, not washing and not leads. We never sell or share your leads with another business, and nobody pays us to be shown to your customers. The Pro plan (quote by address, a direct push into Jobber) is planned, not built, and is not being sold.
