Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You start on the Free plan, no card. When you upgrade to Solo you get 14 days free; the card goes in at checkout and is charged after the trial. Founding is paid upfront and refundable until 30 Apr 2027.
What counts as a lead?
A homeowner who sends their name and number through your calculator. Views and price checks are unlimited on every plan.
What happens at 10 leads on Free?
Your calculator keeps showing prices and every request still reaches you. Past 10 in a month, each alert carries a short note and we suggest Solo; a homeowner’s request is never held back.
Can I pause in winter?
Yes, on a monthly plan. Pause from your billing page and it takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for; after that you pay nothing until you resume. Your prices, your link and your leads stay, your calculator keeps taking requests and says you’re back in spring, and resuming brings the prices back in under a minute. Founding and yearly plans are already paid through the winter, so there is nothing to pause.
What’s your refund policy?
The Founding plan is fully refundable if you ask by 30 Apr 2027. Other first payments have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans cancel anytime.
Who is Paddle, and what about sales tax?
Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record. They handle checkout, invoices and sales tax, so your invoice comes from Paddle.
Can I change plans?
